I am a returning customer of Aamco - they have previously installed a transmission in my Pontiac G6. Sunday, I was advised from another car care provider that I may have "blown a head gasket". Once receiving this information. My next plan was to reach out to Aamco. Which I did. Fortunate, for myself that a gasket was not blown & they recommended other preventative care. Which was necessary. My continued experience with Aamco has been of the "highest quality" of customer care. Thank you, Aamco !!!
I recently took over ownership of my grandfather's jeep Grand Cherokee and he gave me all the paperwork from all the work he's had done on this jeep dating all the way back to 2005. I took the jeep in and the transferred everything service work related from my grandfather over to me and made it really easy. I would recommend this to anyone and will go back and the staff is really friendly.
Best place in Springfield Ohio to get your vehicle worked on. The staff is friendly and trustworthy. They also offer to take you home if your vehicle is going to take awhile so you don't have to wait in waiting area.

Fantastic Customer Service with a great staff of auto experts that are there to help you! I totally recommend this place! Recently, I thought I had an oil leak. I took my Trailblazer to AAMCO and they immediately got my vehicle in the shop. They also gave me a ride home while they worked on the car! It was actually my Transmission that was leaking, they quickly fixed, flushed and replaced the lines! Ask about the financing option!!! This is the best Car Care business in the Urbana Springfield area!!!

Dan Banks the service manager is awesome. My car was making a noise and he was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner. He explained everything in detail and gave prices that were reasonable in order to fix my vehicle. I highly recommend everyone go see Dan!
I had a very great experience at Aamco. Everyone was very professional and courteous....especially Dan , who stayed late in order for me to pick up my Jeep! Awesome customer service!!

I love my boys at AAMCO in Springfield,Ohio. Billy and Dan always go above & beyond to make sure that my pt cruiser is well taken of. Both boys are very accommodating to myself as I am waiting with discussions of what services they offer & what should be scheduled next. Always very very & very friendly compared to other shops that I have been to. No more looking...I have found my lifetime auto repair shop!!!

I went to AAMCO today with noise in the front when I applied my brakes . Dan and Rob were great' they took me out and showed me everything in person.I needed front pads and rotors. Just to make sure I was getting a good price I said I would step out and consult with my wife. I called two other places and was surprised to find out I saved 65 dollars off What grismer auto would charge and almost 100 on what Monro brake wanted to charge.I'm a customer who will be back for all my maintenance.

I just picked up my Hyundai elantra this morning. My service. Experience yesterday was superior. I went in for a front end wobble issue.Dan took me to my car and I was shown that I had steel belts coming out of my front tires and two loose tie rod ends in front that wore out my front tires. As a female customer I have felt taken advantage of at other places I have been to but they showed me everything in person and made me very comfortable and even gave me a ride home.
